Jake Pagel graduated from Tribeca Flashpoint College, with an Associates of Applied Sciences Degree in studio recording. Jake has had an ear for music since he started playing the drums at the young age of 10. Jake taught himself guitar and in his spare time he plays in a few local bands. He has also tracked and mixed a number of local Chicago musical acts including, The Flatcats, Savagery, and Red Novella.
Jake now works for Lighthouse Productions in Green Bay, WI, running the video department and doing the occasional audio gig as a FOH engineer, monitor tech, or deck rocket. Lighthouse has multiple large venue projectors, TVs, a 6 mil IP65 LED video wall, and two full broadcast camera systems. At shows/events, Jake will be a technician setting up projectors, video walls, and/or cameras. During the show/event he will run the media, be the technical director calling camera shots, or be the occasional a camera op. Jake also does the occasional IATSE union gig as a rigger or general stagehand for larger tours that come through the area.
